ITBP Recruitment Notification 2019: The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has to release out recruitment notification for a total of 496 posts. It will be recruited in the posts of super-specialty medical officers (second-in-command), specialist medical officer (Deputy Commandant) and Medical Officer (Assistant Commandant). 

All these posts will be filled up in Central Command police force (ITBP, BSF, CRPF, SSB and Assam Rifles). Interested and qualified candidates will have to apply online for these posts. 

Post-1: Super Specialist Medical Officer (second-in-command), Post: 04

Qualifications: Recognized University/ An MBBS or equivalent qualification is obtained from the Institute.

-PG Degree/ Diploma (DM/ MCH).

* Complete internship and have three years of work in the concerned area.

Pay scale: 78,800 to Rs. 2, 09200.

Age Range: Maximum 50 years.

Post-2: Specialist Medical Officer (Deputy Commandant), Post: 175

Qualifications: Get a Post graduate degree or Diploma in the respective specialty with MBBS.

In addition to completing the internship, there should be an experience of one and a half years in the concerned sector.

Pay scale: 67,700 to Rs. 2, 08700.

  

Age Range: Maximum 40 years.

Post-3: Medical Officer (Assistant Commandant), post: 317

Qualifications: Get an MBBS degree from a recognised university and have completed the internship.

Pay scale: 56,100 to Rs. 1, 77500.

Age Range: Maximum 30 years.

Required information (all posts above): 

Maximum age limit in SC/ The St category shall be given a concession of five years and OBC to three years. 

Selection process: Eligible candidates will be based on selection interviews and medical examination.

-Interview Total will be 200 points, minimum 50% for Super Specialist medical officer and specialist medical officer/candidates For medical officer, minimum 40% marks have to be obtained.

-Candidates passing in interviews will be invited for medical examination.

Physical criteria:-

height (male): 157.5 centimeters.

-Height (female): 142 centimeters.

-Chest (male only): 77 centimeters. Inflating on 82 centimeters.

-Weight: In the right proportion of height and age.

Application Fee:- Rs.400 for general and OBC candidates.

Sc/St Women will not have to pay any application fee.

-The fee must be paid through the online payment gateway system.
