Today is the last date to fill NEET application forms online through the official website - https://ntaneet.nic.in/.
Earlier, the application process was closing on November 30 but the National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended it by a week i.e., up to December 7, 2018.
Intermediate graduates (10+2) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam can apply online for the examination.

A candidate who is appearing in the qualifying examination, i.e., 12th Page 3 Standard in 2019, whose result is awaited, may apply and take up the said test but he/she shall not be eligible for admission to the MBBS or BDS, if he/she does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage of marks at the time of first round of Counselling.
The NEET (UG) - 2019 will be conducted on May 5, 2019 (Sunday) from 02:00 p.m to 05:00 p.m across India. The NEET (UG) test will be conducted in offline mode i.e., in pen and paper mode.
Students from open/private schools and those who had biology as an additional subject are allowed to appear for NEET 2019.
The NEET admit card will be available for download from April 15, 2019, and the examination will take place on Sunday, May 5, 2019.
Candidates can check the answer key within a week after the completion of the examination.
NEET 2019 Result and cut off will be released by NTA on June 5, 2019.
NEET Counselling will be started by Medical Council of India in the second week of July 2019.
Candidates who opted for All India Quota Counselling need to register themselves for online counseling on the official website of MCC, comprising 2 rounds.
The responsibility of NTA is limited to the conduct of the entrance test, declaration of result and providing All India Rank to the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India for counselling of 15% All India Quota Seats and all seats of Deemed Universities/Central Universities/ESIC & AFMC including Delhi University (DU), BHU & AMU and providing the result to the State Counselling Authorities and Admitting Institutions.
